Dear Paskin,
CHEME
ED 1
MEN
MERCANTILE MARINE DEPARTMENT, BOARD OF TRADE,
3, SANCTUARY BUILDINGS,
GREAT SMITH STREET,
LONDON, S.W.1.
19th January, 1926.
The draft Notes of the Piracy Conference appear to be quite in order. The only suggestion
I have to make is that it might be of interest to have on record what Sir E. Stubbs told us about
the case where the Master was shot by the boatswain, as it sheds a new light on what appeared to be rather a serious case.
J. Paskin, Esq.,
Yours sincerely,
H. Leak
